As a child I loved strawberry ice cream so for birthdays my mom always bought neapolitan ice cream because most kids didn't like strawberry.So I always think of neapolitan as a birthday flavor.Something for everyone well I saw these cupcakes and had to make them (my birthday's not till March,but it is someones birthday) And let me say they are delicious! Three layers of chocolate cake between three layers of swiss meringue butter cream (chocolate,vanilla and strawberry)
